hi. Iam married 2 yrs back , trying to concieve .. 2months before i took hsg they said my both tubes were blocked . And asked to do hysterolap with cannulation .... on sep 13th i have done ... my results are uterus - normal . rgt n left , free spill seen on both sides.. what is does mean ....please answer

According to your description, your previous hysterosalpingogram report show blocked Fallopian tubes on both sides. After undergoing hysterolaparoscopy with cannulation now your both tubes are patent which might have confirmed by spillage of dye into the abdomen.
There might be flimsy adhesions which might have cleared by doing cannulation sometimes. Sometimes because of the fear also, spasm of the tubes can be experienced with which will show blockage in HSG. Hysterolaparoscopy with cannulation might have cleared this problem. Now, you can go for ovulation induction and further treatment with your doctor's advice.
