What Does Urine Report As 10-12cell/HPF Of Epithelial Cells Suggest?

Hello Just now I received my Urine analysis results and it is showing all values as Normal but it is showing 10-12 cell/HPF of Epithelial Cells. I had testicle pain and went through abdominal US imaging and everything was fine. My appointment with my Urologist is 4 days forward and I am little worried Thanks

Your urine analysis is absolutely normal.
Epithelial cells are basically normal cells that represent contamination of the urine specimen with skin cells.It is very common and is not concerning.
You also need proper clinical examination.
Testicular pain may be due to many reasons.It need to be investigated.
