What Does Urine Culture Showing Occasional Pus Cells And Gram Negative Bacilli Mean?

Hello Doctor, Mw wife urine Culture & Sensitivity report says: Gram Stain Organism Isolated - Occasional pus cells and Gram negative bacilli seen. Scanty growth negative bacilli and diphtheroids. We are in plan of getting kids but its not happening. Please do help us. That would be great help from you.

Hello,

You should investigate her further with urine culture report to identify one particular organism causing burning. According to the culture report, antibiotic course prescribed.

Infertility not related to urine infection. For that you should get your semen analysis done and ultrasonography and Hormonal profile of your wife for primary work up.
