My Urine culture report is as below WBC :10-15/HPF Red Blood Cells : Not Seen Gram Stain : Gram Negative Bacilli Seen - Moderate Cultuure Report: Apure heavy growth Of :"ESCHERICHIA COLI" Colony Counts :- More Than 100,000 C.F.U per ml What you suggest ?

Please start taking antibiotics for 10 days.as per culture report.
Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
