General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Usual case with blood and albumin in urine indicate an infection in the urinary system with or without other kidney insults.

Detail of cell counts in urine and serum protein levels will help to focus further on the exact cause and management possibilities.

Meanwhile, you have to raise the fluid intake to at least 1.5 times of current consumption. Keeping blood sugar under control is very vital.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
