Multiple ill defined hypoecoeic lesions in right lobe of liver may be due to many reasons like multiple hepatic abscesses, mass, cysts etc. It should be clinically correlated and need further investigations. Contrast CT Scan of abdomen should be done for further characterization of lesion. There are multiple collaterals related to portal vein. Rest of the findings are normal. Hope I have answered your question.
