No cardiac pulsations noted.

It contains yolk sac measuring 0.82 cm.

No abnormal masses inthe adnexal region.

No free fluid inthe posterior cul de sac.

Thanks for writing in.

There appears to be an irregular gestational sac with no detectable cardiac activity, which means that there is some doubt over the growth of the fetus and its viability. You must compare the age of fetus by gestational sac measurement with the age as per your last menstrual periods. You may go for another scan after 15 days to see if cardiac activity is present by then.
