What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Of Kidney Indicate?

My mum had scan today and they said hernia is opened 55mm also right mild nephrocalcinosis and left dilated pelvicalceal. I dont know if its serious or what medication for her and she lives in Kenya. Many thanks Email. YYYY@YYYY +0000

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared,the report is showing she is having stone in kidney and that is causing obstruction and so the pelvicalceal system is dilated it means kidney is slightly swollen. Plus she is having hernia. You need to consult surgeon in this regard and get blood tests like complete blood count, renal function test and urine routine examination to be done.
