Hello,
Your sperm count and Morphology is normal. However, sperm motility is affected little bit. Rapidly progressive sperm should not be zero.
I suggest you take the multivitamin tablet and L arginine, zinc-containing tablet-like Maxoza L or hey Forte. Excess heat exposure should be avoided.
Don't take a hot shower. Avoid smoking and alcohol. You can Consult urologist and discuss all these.
