Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the ultrasound report is as follows:
There is presence of hydronephrosis in right kidney.
Hydronephrosis is dilatation of collecting system of the right kidney caused by obstruction at distal end of the urinary tract.
Obstruction can be due to stone, stenosis, mass etc.
The cause of the obstruction needs to be found out.

Diverticulosis is descending colon and sigmoid colon suggests presence of outpouchings in the large intestine.
Outpouchings can be infected, can cause obstruction, bleeding etc.
However, there is no evidence of infection in the diverticulosis.

The uterus is slightly enlarged and there is presence of 2 cm cyst in right ovary.
Cysts are common in ovary. A follow up is required. Nothing else is required in case of cysts.

Degenerative changes in spine can be due to ageing process.
Clinical correlation is required to know the causative disease process.

Thanks and take care
