welcome to Health care magic.
1.I think you are confused with MRI and x-ray. The report what you have mentioned is MRI ( as the structures mentioned can not be seen on the x-ray)
2.There is a disc between the vertebrae helps as a shock absorber effect, when it is lost and it slips backwards and cause the pressure effect on the nerves and spinal chord - there will all be pain , tingling , numbness and so on.
3.In your case multiple levels disc slippage and pressure effect on the nerve and chord is seen.
4.It can be treated with simple exercises / neck collar support / positional care and some time an intervention / operative procedure may be needed.
5.This imaging features are seen in case of degenerative age related changes also, so see your ortho specialist and get the needful treatment. Good luck
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
