General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have high RBC and Pus cell in the urine.
It suggests urinary tract infection or stone in the urinary tract.
I would suggest to undergo urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity to confirm the urinary tract infection
And USG scan to rule out the infections
Doctor will give following advices:
Antibiotic according to the culture and antibiotic sensitivity test.
Tablet nitrozolium
Tablet pyridium, Tablet acetaminiphen if fever is present
Syrup cital: 2 tablespoon in half glass of water three time a day
Drink plenty of water and fruit juice of the cranberry, orange and pineapple
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene
Do not delay in empty the bladder and always empty the bladder completely
Take healthy diet.
Stone require specific treatment.
Repeat the urine test after completion of treatment.
Hope this may help you
