What Does These MRI Findings Of Brain For Vision Problem Indicate?

I ve been having issues since 2005. Now I am having vision problems. Could it be related to the last MRI and how can this be treated? Here are the findings of the MRI--INDINGS: Brain: Again noted is right anterior temporal lobe resection cavity with surrounding abnormal FLAIR signal and overlying craniotomy defect, unchanged. Stable abnormal FLAIR signal within the left occipital lobe. Persistent posterior parafalcine, tentorial, and cerebellar dural enhancement. The dural enhancement of the tentorium is slightly worse compared to the prior examination.Redemonstration of a few tiny FLAIR signal hyperintensities within the bilateral subcortical and deep white matter, most likely related to chronic ischemic microvascular disease. The diffusion weighted images demonstrate no evidence of acute infarct. Unchanged left parietal developmental venous anomaly. There is no hydrocephalus, acute hemorrhage, mass effect, midline shift, or extra axial fluid collection. Midline structures are within normal limits. The paranasal sinuses are clear. Persistent small fluid within the right mastoid air cells.
