can you interpret my urinalysis pls. color-yellow, transparency-slightly hazy, ph-6.0, specific gravity-1.015 protein-negative, sugar-negative, pus cells-1-3/hpf, red blood cells-0-2/hpf, amorphous urates/po4-occasional. mucus threads-occasional, bacteria-few, epithelial cells-few

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by slightly hazy appearance of urine and presence of pus cells,RBC,bacteria,mucus threads in urine.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
