What Does The Urinalysis Result Indicate?

hi doc, my name is liezl almaiz 27 yrs old. just got my urinalysis result. color-yellow, specific gravity 1.015, transparency-sl. turbid, ph-6.0, albumin- negative, suger-negative, epithelial cells-many, mucus threads-many, red cells- 0-3, pus cells- 3-4 and bacteria- moderate. pls help me doc! thank you!

Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by slightly turbid appearance of urine and presence of moderate bacteria, pus cells and occasional RBC in urine.RBC in urine may be due to UTI.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
You also need clinical correlation.
You should drink lot of water.
