What Does The Ultrasound Show?

im 23 years old i just hadresult of my ultrasound..The uterus is anteverted& measures 5.53x3.49x4.34cm.The myometrium is fairly homogeneous.The endometrium is hyperechoic& unthickened.An intrauterine device is noted within the endometrial cavity. the right ovary measures 3.04x2.58cm exhibiting some follicles.. There is large fairly defined multiseptated cystic mass measuring 6.89x4.78x6.70cm in the left adnexal area.....im using meth 3 or 4 times a week...is danger for me?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from large complex cyst in left adnexa most probably from ovarian origin.
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
Investigations include contrast CT scan of abdomen,tumour markers etc.
At present you need follow up scanning.If symptoms or size persists then you may need surgical removal.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Rest of the findings like uterus,endometrium and right ovary are within normal limit.An intrauterine device is noted within the endometrial cavity.
