What Does The Test Result Suggest?

Hi, A duplex left collecting system is present with moderate hydronephrosis of the upper pole collecting system with dilation of the ureter to the ectopic insertion inferiorly within the bladder at the ureter to the ectopic insertion inferiorly within the bladder at the junction with the ureter which appears to be immediately superior to the junction. thank you Jana M

It is very much important to write down the clinical history for what the imaging study has been done the given result are inadequate, this is what ultrasonography or CT or MRI or urography ? not given here, ( this could be congenital anomaly of urinary tract particularly of "Ureter") hope this could be your answer bye.
