Radiologist 's  Response
Hello

Report suggests semen infection and it is indicated by presence of excessive number of pus cells.
Sperm count and motility is within normal limit.
Semen infection may be due to urinary tract infection(UTI).
Further investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,Ultrasound of KUB region and colour doppler of scrotum should be done to exclude probable causes.
Culture and sensitivity of semen can be done for prescribing proper antibiotics.
This is curable condition and there shouldn't be any problem in becoming a father.

Get well soon.
Take Care
