hell! I am Mrs Geeta My age is 46 my last period date was 31st jan after that My period has stopped I have done sonograph they have found my uterus is anteverted, bulky measures 9.7x 6.8 x 6.4 cms and shows inhomogemous echopattern endometrium is thickened measures 24mms

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The ultrasound of the pelvis shows that the uterus is anteverted and thickness of the endometrium is 24 mm.
The anteversion is the normal position of the uterus.
The endometrium thickness is increased.
At the age of 46, endometrial hyperplasia can occur.
Thus, you need to consult your gynecologist for clinical examination and endometrial biopsy. endometrial curettings.
The endometrial curettings can be examined microscopically for evidence of hyperplasia or atypia.
In case any cytological atypia is detected, hysterectomy can be done.
