What Does The Report Say?

hi sir , this is my husband semen analysis report as follows please advise
Motility: after 30 min 50& - after 1 hour 45% - after 2 hours 40% - after 3 hours 35 %
Types of motility: rapid linear progressive 15 % - sluggish linear progressive 25% - Non progressive motility 10 - Immotile sperms 50%

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The motility of the sperms is very important parameter which is assessed to determine whether sperms are motile enough to fertilize the ovum.
In normally motile sperms, atleast 50% sperms should show rapid forward progressive motion.
In your semen report only 15% sperms show this rapid progressive forward motion.
This is pathological, however subnormal values may be determined in other conditions e.g infection etc.
