What Does The Liver Enzyme Test Indicate?

hi. age 30, 173 cm, 78 kg
2 months ago I had blood test the cholesterol was LDL 192 max 100 and cholesterol total 269 max 200 plus I had kidney gravels with urea 36 max 45 and creatinine 119 max 120 and ultra sound was done saying that the kidneys are fine only gravels are there and some fat on the liver but no liver anzyms tests were done . my doctor gave me crestor 10 mg and recommended to drink more water so I stated taking that one and after two months I did liver anzyms test and found the following results after fasting for 14 hours:
Albumin 4.9 (3.5 -5.5) g/dl
total bilirubin 4.2 (0 - 1.0) mg/dl
GPT - ALT 84 (1 - 42) IU/L
GOT - AST 42 (1 -37) IU/L
Gamma GT 42 (11 - 49) IU/L
CK 246 (24 195) IU/L

now they did liver hibathis test and found that there is no infection. Uric acid was showing 7.8 the max was 6. urea 19 max 45 creatinine 1 max is 1.2, cholesterol total now 113 max 200

What can cause liver anzyms be like that ?
