Hello,

From the sonogram report, it appears that the endometrial thickness is more than it should be at the time of the menstrual cycle. It could mean an enhanced estrogen production. The appearance of multiple foci in the ovaries, perhaps follicles, could mean a polycystic ovary. If you can upload the hemogram report, I will be able to comment further on your report. The platelet count is definitely low if it is 1340, but the concentration is to be known from the report. I would ask you to contact your health care provider for a proper evaluation and plan further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shanti Vennam
