Hello Doctor , We are newly married couple who entered early 30 s. Planning for pregancy since months but nothing is fruitful since then. I had done my semen analysis done today. Semen Analysis Volume : 2 ml Color : Grey Liquification time : 30 mins Viscosity : Viscous Reaction : Alkaline Semen Microscopic Result Units Range Sperm COunt : 65 million/ml 50-200 Morphology : 70 % 30 Abnormal Forms : 30 % Active Motile : 50 % Sluggish Motile : 20 % Non Motile : 30 % Cells Pus Cells : 3-5/hpf

Your semen analysis report normal as per mentioned in history. ..

All values are within reference range and don't worry for that...

For conceiving, try sexual intercourse between 12 to 18 days of menstrual cycle...
Intercourse around 14 days of cycle enhance chance of conceiving because ovulation occur during that time

For detection of ovulation time if needed LH kit can be used

Following investigation can be done primarily for evaluation....

For male....
-Blood glucose
-Serum testosterone
-Serum FSH, LH

For female....
-CBC
-Chest x ray
-ESR
-Serum TSH, T4
-Serum prolactin
