Welcome to health care magic.

.Hemangioma is an incidental findings in the spine MRI, its blood based lesion with in the middle of the vertebrae, there is no specific treatment given just monitored in followup scans.
.Lubmar spondylosis - is degenerative changes with osteophyte / bony out growth / spurs seen with disc pathologies.
.There is a disc between the vertebral bodies helps as a shock absorber effect, the disc contains maximum percentage of water, due to degenerative changes when the water content / hydration is lost the disc slips / bulges.
.Which is seen at level of L4-5 and L5-S1.
