hi dr. please help me to know my xray impression like this predominantly fibrotic koch's right upper lobe showing interval regression since sept 20 2007 fibrocalcific scarring left upper lobe right apical pleural thickening mild dextroscoliosis

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Your X ray shows There is fibrosis seen in right lung upper lobe which has decreased in size since sept 2007. There is also fibrosis seen in left lung apex. These changes are due to earlier lung TB. Right apical pleural thickening and mild dextroscoliosis (change in curvature of upper spine) is a non significant finding.
