Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Suggestive of inflammation or infection. Normally, airways appear black on chest X-ray. But due to inflammation, airways blood supply in adjacent vessels is increased. So airways and vessels become prominent on chest X-ray and this is suggestive of inflammation (bronchitis).

Since you have a fever, cough, and throat pain, so you need to take appropriate treatment after consulting your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
