General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have Slip disc (PIVD) with stenosis of the spinal canal and compression neuropathy.

You need analgesics, anti-inflammatory, hot fomentation, physical therapy, antidepressants, lifestyle modification and loading doses of vitamin B12, pregabalin.

Visit a neurologist. You may need an MRI Lumbosacral spine as a part of the evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
