What Does The ECG With Sinus Rythm With Minor ST Sagging Indicate?
ECG - sinus rhythm with minor ST sagging inferiorly. ETT - inferiorly there was around a 2mm ST depression with some minor changes laterally. I did not develop any chest pain. Are these results necessary for a angiography and what do these results mean?

IIt may be due to left ventricular strain seen in hypertension or sub endocardial ischemia. So if you have risk factors like high blood pressure, diabetes or high cholesterol mean better to undergo angiogram.
