Cardiologist 's  Response
It seems that you have got an irregular heart rhythm, likely secondary to a rheumatic valvular (mitral) disease. It is not clear which should be the optimal heart rate (speed of the heart for minute) for patients with this irregular rhythm called atrial fibrillation, however, you should have been prescribed some tablets that make the blood thinner to decrease the risk of having clots and their complications.
I hope this helps.
