my wife ct scan report is Mild dilatation of the PCS and ureter is noted on the left side till the level of a calculus measuring appx 9.00mm(CC) X 8.0mm (TR) at the left VUJ pls tel me daigonos

Your wife is sufferring from kidney stone which is obstructing the urine flow from kidney to the urinary bladder(VUJunction) therefore causing backpressure on the PCS which is a part of the kidney.this condition is called Hydronephrosis secondary to urinary calculus.
Treatment is removal of stone by appropriate method.
Kindly consult a nephrologist
