Hello

Your husband's semen analysis suggests almost azoospermia(absence of sperm in semen).
Normal sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.

Besides proper clinical examination,he need proper investigations for azoospermia. It include routine hemogram,RBS,hormone analysis.
Azoospermia can be both obstructive or non-obstructive in nature.

It is also important to exclude infection due to presence of WBC in semen.
Culture and sensitivity of semen can be done.

Treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
Take Care
