What Does Scan Report Mean?

hazy opacities are noted in the right lower lung.
heart is slightly enlarged by CT ratio (0.53).
Aorta is not dilated.
Diaphragm and sulci are intact.
Rest of the visualized chest structures are unremarkable.
IMPRESSION: Pneumonia, Right.

According to chest X-ray,there are hazy opacities in the right lower zone and it may be due to many reasons like pneumonia,tuberculosis etc.So,first you need broad spectrum antibiotics.
Heart is slightly enlarged in size.It may be due to many reasons like age related,hypertension etc.
Diaphragm and sulci are normal.
Visualized chest structures are also normal.
