Hi,

The meaning of multiple X-ray reports are as follows:
- Mild means just above normal. Opacification in Radiology means become more white on X-ray that the normal range meaning there is something and in your case the mucosal thickening in the sinuses. X-ray cannot distinguish between acute or chronic hence the reports as it says.
- Scoliosis means side by side deviation of the spine. Dextro means in opposite direction. Dextroscoliosis is thus self-explanatory
- Kyphosis is backward bulge of spine as detected clinically and on X-ray

Surely there is a problem with spine and thus I would advise you the following:
- Go for CT scan of sinuses to get a confirmed diagnosis so that a proper management can be done, not just symptomatic
- As for spine CT scan is best for bone changes and MRI for spinal cord and soft tissues.
- Go for final diagnosis and thus for a specific treatment

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
