What Does Scan Finding" Endometrial Plate Missing Which Could Lead To A Synechiae" Indicate?

hello, i ve been having scanty irregular menstruation for some months now so i went to see a gynaecologist who carried out a scan on me. The summary of d scan is ....'endometrial plate missing which could lead to a synnechiae. I'm a mother of one delivered via a c section and still intrnd to have more kids later.

Hello

Your USG findings indicate non visualization of endometrial plate.It may be due to adhesion of anterior and posterior endometrial layers.
It is important to know about history of endometritis.
HSG(Hysteroscopy salpingo graphy) can be for further evaluation.
Laproscopic hysteroscopy can also be done for direct visualization and biopsy of endometrium.
Treatment depend upon findings.
