What Does Right Ureteral Calculus Mean?

I did an abdominal ultrasound which said right kidney measures 10.2 cm in bipolar dimension, and left 11.7. Also it said right kidney demonstrates pelvicalyceal fullness with left ureteric jet being identified. Finally it said suggestive of right ureteric calculus. What does this all mean? Thanks.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The abdominal ultrasound suggest presence of ureteric calculus - due to the features like dilated pelvis and calyces with ureteric fullness and absence of jet.
2.Both kidney appears normal in size.
3.The calculus was not seen possibly due to presence of bowel gas or too small calculus.
4.But features presume the presence of calculus.
5.Treatment in this case will be excess of fluid, that will help to pass the calculus possibly small. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
