What Does Recurring Chest Pain With Generalized Edema Suggest?

I'm Sandhya, 22y, female, MBBS student, from Bangalore, India. I'm getting chest pain since 1 month, retro-sternal, squeezing type, intermittent in nature, aggravates on lying down and deep breathing, relieves on taking aspirin. I noticed pedal edema since 3 weeks which is of pitting type upto knee and generalized edema since 1 week.
