What Does "yeast And Mycelium" In Stool Test In Case Of Diarrhea Mean?

Hi! So I am in Guatemala on a month long mission trip, I have been having diarrhea for the past week, have tried a couple different medications including Cipro but haven't gotten better, today I had a stool sample tested and the results said i was high in yeast and mycelium. what does this mean??
