What Does Orange Color Urine During Pregnancy Indicate?
I am 30 weeks pregnant and just recovered from stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea. However I now notice that my urine seems really orange - ive had plenty of fluid over the last few days. I was told at the 20 week scan my placenta was low and that by baby was transverse at the 28 week cmw appointment. Also I have GTT in a couple of weeks.

The symptoms you mentioned are dye to high colour in urine because of dehydration. The fluids loss due to diarrhoea causes the loss of fluid.
Besides any drugs also can excrete pigment in urine.
Take plenty of fluids especially ORS solution.
