Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should consult cardiologist immediately, as your ECG report indicates damage to the anterior wall of heart (due to decrease blood supply).
In ECG , leads V1 to V 4 represent anterior wall. And ST-T changes suggesst ischemia.
So your ECG is showing ST-T changes in V1-V4 which suggest ischemic change s in anterior wall.
The most common cause for this is coronary artery blockage.
So I advice you to consult cardiologist and get done coronary angiography to rule out coronary blocks.
