What Does My Urinanalysis Report Indicate?

MY URINALYSIS RESULT IS YELLOW - SLIGHTLY TURBID,
PH6.5, SPECIFIC GRAVITY - 1.010, SUGAR - NEGATIVE,
ALBUMIN TRACE, PUS CELLS 10-12,
RBC 0-2,
AMORPHOUS URATES RARE Do I have infection? what are the medication. Iam Male, 45 years old. weight 190lbs,

Hello,
In your routine urine analysis result, there is presence of pus cells-10-12 and RBC-0-2 indicating towards Urinary tract infection as well as presence of Albumin in trace is known as micro albuminuria more found in conditions in which there is presence of some functional abnormality of kidney mainly due to Diabetes mellitus, hypertension, PSGN and also in excessive exercise. So you have to confirm the causative organism by urinary culture & sensitivity, blood glucose estimation, 24 hour urinary protein estimation, total blood count. Consult a physician for further evaluation and treatment accordingly. Antibiotic selection done by your doctor according to organism found in test result.
