I have gone through your query and can understand your concern... According to your report you should be suffering from Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). However other signs of PCOS such as signs of androgen excess , oligomenorrhea ( irregular menstruation) should be present along with it. In case of oligomenorrhea, Other causes of irregular or absent menstruation such as hypothyroidism, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, androgen secreting neoplasms, and other pituitary or adrenal disorders, should be investigated. PCOS is due to a genetic and environmental factors. Risk factors include obesity, not enough physical exercise, and a family history of this disease.
