welcome to HCM!
No sperms in semen is Azoospermia but it must be confirmed with two semen evaluations done at separate occasions ,and requires a work-up,with physical examination ,imaging and hormonal analysis (FSH, LH,testosterone) .Cause of azoospermia can be pre-testicular,testicular or post testicular.
Your Testosterone level is normal,obstruction should be ruled out if the second evaluation also shows no sperms.Most causes can be corrected so dont worry.
