What Does My Mother's ECG Findings Below Indicate?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...My mother had an ecg and it said abnornmal with sinus anteroseptal infarction. Ventrical rate of 75BPM RR 791 ms PR136 ms QRS duration 76 ms AT 380ms QTC 406MS QT dispersion 72ms. P-R-T axis 66 degrees 57 degrees 53 degrees. Age undetermined. What could this mean to her?

Well come to HCM
Two factors are important one is clinical symptoms and second is associated finding of EKG, in my opinion angiography is advisable this could rules out the chances of plaque in some artery, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
