Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is a disc between the vertebral bodies helps as a shock absorber effect, the disc contains maximum percentage of water, due to degenerative changes when the water content / hydration is lost the disc slips / bulges.
2.In your case the report indicates L5 S1 disc protrusion causing pressure effect on the spinal chord. And at the level of L2-3, L3-4 thecal sac (spinal chord covering)
3.There are inflammatory changes seen at L3-4,L4-5 levels.
4. Schmorl's node when disc bulges in to the vertebral body it self.
5.Overall the report indicates degenerative changes with disc diseases.
6.Treatment will be exercise followed by the physiotherapy, in last stage if symptoms does not resolve - operative / intervention is treatment of choice. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
