What Does My Complete Blood Count Report Suggest?

i am a 50 years old indian home maker i am a diabetic and hyper tension, under medication for both + thyroid, 3 months back my Haemoglobin level was 9, was give iron tablets for the same, today we checked COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT, the result is the following, can i know what does it indicate and is it worry some? HAEMOGLOBIN 11.0 (g/dl ref. 12.5 - 16.0) PCV/HAEMATOCRIT 35.9 (%37-47) MCV 76.0 (78-100) MCH 23.4 (PG 32-36) MCHC 30.6 (32-36) PLATELET COUNT 5.09 (1.5 - 4.5) ESR 86 (mm/hr 0 -30) pl let me know your views. thank you.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the reports er as follows.The hemoglobin level has increased from 9 to 11 gm%.
The PCV is slightly reduces.
The MCH and MCHC are reduced.
Low MCH and MCHC are reduced in cases of microcytic and hypochromic anemia.
You need to consult your doctor for further work up.
