What Does My HVS Test Mean?

hi I had an HVS test and the results said numerous epithelial cells with moderate number of pus cells and yeast - like cells ( + ) present no trichomonas vaginalis seen. Gram-negative bacilli and gram-positive cocci with candida albicans present. no GNID seen. moderate growth of klebsiella pneumoniae and Candida albicans isolated. please what does this mean?
