What Does The Urine Examination Mean?

hi,my daughter(6yrs.old) is suffering frequent urination during at night.we took a laboratory examination..and here are the results.. Red blood cells: 15-20hpf pus cells:0-2 and remarks of: loaded with bacteria;TNTC; presence of trichomonas vaginalis; presence of fungal elements; presence of sperm cells. what was that all about means? need your answer asap.hanks

This report indicates severe urinary tract infection with bacteria, fungi. Needs proper medications in terms of antibiotic, antifungal medications, plenty of liquids and other supportive care to heal it faster.
