Your wbc is inly slightly high which is mostly seen in infection. your basophil count is absolutely normal.no need of concern. low mpv does not indicate any major abnormality its spurious low because of fragmented rbcs. Ovalocytes suggest you may have vit b12 deficiency. but schitocytes and fragments rbcs need concern. Nit is seen in liver disease or renal disease.
