What Does It Mean By Hemoglobin (11.2L) -MCV(76.6L)-MCH (24.3L) In A Blood Test?
I am a 42 year old female, 165 lbs, 5 6 . I recently had a blood test done since I have increased circulation in my feet that turn red hot when I walk for 20 - 30 minutes. I have always had low iron since I was 6 years old. What does the following blood tests that are out of range mean? PS I recently went to my obgyn with no issues/infections. My out of range results (blood/urine) are: CBC (includes diff/plt) -Hemoglobin (11.2L) -MCV (76.6L) -MCH (24.3L) -MCHC (31.7L) -RDW (17.6H) Urinalysis Reflex -Ketones (3+) -Occult Blood (Trace) -Squamous Epithelial Cells (6-10)

Please get your blood sugar level checked. Ketones 3+ and sugar in urine???
Hb 11.2 is mild anemic but your problem at present is the urinary tract infection and also get your sugar level checked. You might be having diabetes.
