Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks and welcome to HCM.
The x-ray description suggests a calcified hilar lymph node
It is usually due to TB infection.
Confirm or rule out by doing a Mantoux test.
If positive consult pediatrician regarding treatment and follow up.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose.
I shall be happy to answer any more queries.
